These terms apply to your use of the Assaya website at assaya.co. By using the site, you agree to them. If you use the Assaya service as a customer, your organization's agreement with us governs that use, and it prevails over these terms if they conflict.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Assaya and to contact us. Please don't:

• interfere with the site or its security, or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use automated tools to copy its content or to send requests through its forms;
• submit information that's false or that you don't have the right to share.

Demo requests

Use the demo form only for your own contact details. Don't send claim documents, receipts or other people's personal information through it. If you'd like us to review sample documents during a demo, we'll agree with you on how to share them, with personal details removed.

Information on the site

The site describes Assaya in general terms. Product images show sample documents, not customer data. Features, prices and availability can change, and nothing on the site is an offer or a commitment: those are set out only in a signed agreement.

Our content

The text, images, design and the Assaya name and logo belong to us. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for other purposes without our permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Assaya isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date posted here.
